Physical theatre helped me understand the fundamental elements of the human body. My every breath, facial expression, and movement can convey a narrative, and allow us to perform specific scenarios through body language without speaking.

This event was full of surprises. The movement part allowed parents and kids to explore their own bodies, and then we took photos to interact with mini-versions of ourselves. It was just like stepping into Lilliput and really sparked the imagination.

Through this workshop, participants experienced how people in the past made tools in daily life from natural materials. Things were both beautiful and practical. It was a great opportunity to learn about the importance of Fung Shui Woods and the uses of bamboo.

I appreciated the chance to perform a scene from the play, which was an exciting and memorable. It was my first time using realistic weapons in a choreographed piece, which added a thrilling and educational element to the rehearsal. The experience sharpened my performance skills and gave me greater confidence in communicating with others. Overall, the experience was highly enjoyable and rewarding, and it provided a valuable opportunity to bond with other students while collaborating creatively.
